Energy Zaps, Freak Outs and Befuddled Brains

Are you dealing with Energy Zaps that leaves you so tired your head hits the desk at 3pm?

The Supercharged Method

Remember to include Iron and B Vitamin-Rich food

Now it's your turn

Start by putting the time in each box starting with when you are first hungry in the morning.
Each meal will be 3-4 hours from the last meal.

Now put a protein and two different vegetables in each box. Always eat your protein and vegetables first!

Add in a healthy fat or oil to your meals.

Feel free to add in 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of potato, grain or legume to your meals.
